Sullivan **** Nissan is the worst! Unfortunately I had to click 1 star, otherwise it would be 0 stars. This shady dealership leased my mother a "brand new" Nissan Altima. On the contract they put 440 miles, but they scammed her and gave her a car with approximately ***** miles on it. typical scumbags. Now she will be way over on her miles since it is a lease. Stay away from this place!
Don't complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere... read more
BUYER BEWARE...If I could rate a negative5 I would...**************************************, Kingston...Lie, Cheat the customer , and are deceptive in too many ways to list. I bought a used ****** Frontier here May of 2020. It was a 2017 with only 37737 miles. I commented to them after test driving it that the brakes didn't feel right. I felt a shimmy and asked them to check them. They did and said they were fine. Fast forward to a tire rotation I had done on 9/4/2020 at which time the truck had 42644 miles on it. The rotation was done at ******** Tire. They told me that the Rotors we're delaminating and it'd fail it's next inspection. I'd need new rotors and pads. I made ******** Brother's ****... read more
This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going here to my worst enemy. The only positive thing about Sullivan Brothers is they had snacks for you while the salesman "works his magic" (his words, not mine). The salesmen are nice, until you sit down to talk numbers. I was in the market for a new Nissan Sentra - I wanted a brand new car, not used, and only had the requirement of GPS and bluetooth. I did not care what else was in the car. First visit looking at a new car, negotiated a price, returned two days later to complete paper work and purchase the vehicle. When they came back to salesman desk, the numbers had changed. The payment went up $100.00 per month! Will never go back their again. Went to Quirk, the other dealership I went to for price comparison, they honored their commitment, I have a new vehicle thanks to Quirk!
