Hello! I was a customer at Concord Med Spa, owned by Kerry Sullivan’s wife, Emily. She closed Concord Med Spa, said she would refund all prepaid services and then refused to respond or refund. It has been over 90 days, the AG and WMUR have been contact as of today. Kerry- please have your wife refund me and the other women that she owes.
Do not trust these people. I was a customer at the Plymouth, NH location. Emily Sullivan took my payment and then stopped responding. She has not replied to my emails or returned my calls.
For anyone that has seen the previous review the company has reached out and corrected the problem and were extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond to correct the problem.
My girlfriend placed an order on December 3rd that cost about $200. The order never arrived and I've sat on the phone for way too long for multiple days listening to "We are currently assisting other clients press 1 to leave a message, or hold the line for our next available customer personnel." This has become my go to. I love that they carry color swatch books and sample sizes of most products. Great to give out to clients. The fact that they carry the entire paul mitchell color line is incredibly helpful. I've found SC only carry a few demi shades. Staff is always friendly and helpful
