I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Sullivan's is family owned and operated and it shows. This is the forth car we have purchased from them. I have drove by this place a couple times and finally stopped in today. I was wowed by no pressure from the Sales people. I had been thinking about trading off my Bee(FJ Cruiser) due to his age and miles. I saw a few Jeep’s that I was interested in. We walked over and talked to Scott Riley. He brought me out the keys and I test drive the first Jeep gladiator. And like the Jeep. Then I drove the Jeep Wrangler and thought the brakes were to mushy. Sullivan could improve by beginning to speak the truth. I was sold a truck that was to be perfect. Then, the day of shipping I am told that the drivers door will not latch. The lights on top are rusted and two do not work. Upon receiving the truck, I have to spend $4000 to get the truck to drive in 4 wheel mode, the air conditioning has a leak, yet someone filled the system. Can you say cover up? The truck must have been sitting in water, because of all the rust they covered up by painting the undercarriage to hide it. They ... read more
