They were great about getting us in the same day. After our appointment, we were still concernedabout our dog and they encouraged us to come back right away. As it turned out, our dog had swallowed a ball that was determined by an x-ray. As removing it was outside their scope of work on a Saturday they set up treatment at the emergency animal hospital for him and were very kind explaining the plan to us in a very stressful situation. It was a complicated extraction but we are very happy our dog is making a full recovery.
Great Doctors & Staff. Compassionate, understanding and treat animals like they were their own. Zivah almost came out, but then thought better of it, so the Vet and his assistant had to tilt the Carrier to help Zivah out, whom by that time, was heading in reverse. 🤣
