Horrible incompetent practice! They schedule appointments. Then when you take off work early and get there they say the doctor is out of town for 3 weeks. Whoever handles the office or scheduling doesn’t call you ahead to let you know. This happens quite often, about to change doctors! Dr. Sullivan is aware of this problem and has been told about it each time. He needs new office help!
