Would advise against this company for apartment rentals. 1) I signed with a company in January 2020. SR purchased the real estate from the original company, causing a payment platform swap. They again switched payment platforms for the 2nd time during a 6-month period. Keeping track of payments becomes confusing with multiple accounts that span multiple services and sites. 2) The payment platforms the company uses are not helpful when there are questions about the process, signing up for auto pay, changing account info... read more

Its sad that there is only one other review for this company seeing as there have to be 100000 other complaints. To be short and sweet about the entire situation-JOHN HILL IS A CROOK! Let me just give you a short list of whats in store for you if you do rent from Sulcer Rentals:-Horrible management-Strict policies that you can be kicked out for without warning(its the law)-Swift and quick evictions-Being talked down to in a condescending way-Seedy apartments-Break-ins-Old, broken down apartments( including doors falling off ... read more
Sulcer = SLUMLORDS!If the tenant never has a problem w/the apt. then Sulcer isnt bad to deal with but if you want anything fixed, dont bother calling them. Broken into? Hope you dont have valuables. Flooded? Learn to swim. Air conditioning go out mid July? If youre lucky theyll come by the end of the week, hopefully before you completely melt. Wouldnt have been so bad if the windows hadnt been welded shut.
