I got in for a last minute haircut with Chris and had an amazing experience. I went from long hair to short. Chris took his time, listened to what I wanted and checked in during the cut to make sure he wasn't taking too much off. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

I explained exactly what I wanted, provided a picture of color an style, and although I got a nice hair cut and highlights it was NOT what I asked for.
I got my hair done about 2 weeks ago by Kaelei Kirk and I asked for blonde highlights with money pieces. I used this exact reference photo and showed her what I was looking for. I spent $230 walking out of the salon looking almost exactly as I did when I walked in. I wouldn't be upset if it was maybe $80, but walking out $230 short looking the same made me upset.
