Janine was truly incredible! She helped me find the perfect gift for a friend and was so kind in guiding me through all the products in store. Will definitely be back to pick up more skincare at the Markham location because of the amazing experience!

Janine is such a friendly and kind person! My friend and I were notified that there was a kpop sale going on by her when we came in! I was looking to buy the IVE Eleven album in the end but the packaging on the album on the shelf was ripped and when I told her about this, Janine was very helpful and went to look for the exact album for me and brought out both versions for me to choose! Very friendly and I was very satisfied with my purchase and pulls as well!
