Pashmina Rashad facilitated our 10-week support group for mothers of young children affected by trauma. With her help, this program has forever enriched the participant mothers and their families. Ms. Rashad was extremely aware and sensitive to the participants’ unique needs and cultural considerations while sharing her knowledge and support with the utmost compassion. Her skills as a mental health practitioner, personal attention, and cultural connection to the mothers was central to the success of this important program.
