Unprofessional and cancelled service 15 mins prior to my appointment.
I made a reservation for a same day massage directly on their website and received a confirmation email. Less than an hour before my appt they called and told me they have to have at least 24 hour notice for a massage and my appt was canceled.
I had a really frustrating experience here today. I booked a 4:30 massage online about three hours ahead of time. The website showed the slot as available and let me fully book the appointment, and drove 50 minutes to get there as I was leaving somewhere I was already at to get to this appointment on time. Right when I pulled in to the spa, they texted, TEXTED, to tell me my appointment had been cancelled because apparently you have to book massages 24 hours in advance. Had an excellent experience with Dr Cheema. She was very knowledgeable. Made me feel so comfortable and confident about her recommendations. I definitely found my new home for Botox.
