The first time we went, it was pretty good! We tried lots of things, spent to much, came home happy. Then we tried it again. The waitress was terrible. As she threw the food on the table, she said that they were out of eggs. Imagine ordering your meal, with eggs in all the pictures, eggs in the descriptions, and not even being told they were out of eggs until the wretched waiter slammed the bowl on the table. great food service and everything, didn't get the tea, they use unfiltered chlorine water. disgusting
Loved the vibe of this place and the decor. The waitress was so friendly and so kind and helpful. I had my toddler with me and used a million napkins etc and the waitress was just so kind and made it an enjoyable time for my friend and I to catch up and eat some yummy food! The spicy ramen was perfect and I enjoyed it so much!!
We enjoyed our first visit but this time we were disappointed. Our soup was not hot, my miso was not mixed well in the soup but clumped in the bottom of the bowl, and the chashu was overcooked to the point of being burnt. The service was terrible. Only one server and she just couldn't keep up. It took about 15 minutes to take our order and after we were done eating it took 30 minutes to get our bill, this after repeatedly trying to flag her down and being ignored.
Really nice experience. The food was good and the service was fast.
