I called today to ask a question, but the receptionist’s tone was very rude and dismissive. She said ‘no’ abruptly and then hung up the call. I found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Shivani was extremely helpful and prompt. So caring than the previous receptionist. Dr. Singh as always addressed all concerns with care.
Dr. Singh is an exceptional physician; attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything. His genuine care and expertise make every visit reassuring. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are professional and courteous. Highly recommend for excellent care!
