At 60 years old, this was my first time at a dermatologist. I can’t begin to tell you, the care, kindness, attention, knowledge, that Dr. Jonelle McDonnell has. I would recommend her all day, every day to anyone who just really wants to be taken care of from a personal stand point, and then of course her expertise In Dermatology does not go unnoticed!
I had an absolutely delightful visit with Dr. McDonnell, who made me feel so comfortable and understood. She took her time to review all of my concerns, discussed possible treatments in detail, and communicated clearly with me throughout the exam. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and also the kind of person you’d want to take for brunch. The receptionist was also lovely, and the overall energy in the office was unexpectedly pleasant. I went in to talk about moles and acne and left feeling absolutely uplifted.
