Doesn't have time for patient care and folllow up anymore. Over books patients therefore leads to unsatisfactory service.
Over many years of coming to this doctor I have only seen her twice! Always have had to see her PA. I don't get it. One would think that in over 20-30 visits a patient would actually get to see the doctor and not always the PA.
Front office is horrible, mad because patients are checking in? Receptionist was more interested in being angry then working . wount be back . much better Dr. out there
The office and all staff are very professional and caring. I am very happy with the care I received.
Will never return do to office staff, inconsiderate, do not keep patients informed. Was not told that my appointment could not be done until I waited 45 minutes and went in to a room where I was informed that an approval had not come in to accomplish my ultrasound. I should have been informed that morning that they didn't have approval to do my procedure..
