I'm really sorry to hear about the other person's negative experience. Dr. Charlu is the best psych I've worked with...the business side is a little brusque, but in person she is a wonderful listener and quite empathetic. She was fantastic about helping me find the right therapist and really creating a safe space to really let out all my my issues. I've recommended so many people to her.
Poor office management and communication. We had a conference call planned at noon to discuss my daughter's depression, instead we receive a curt email about canceling the phone session referring us to Child Mind Institute instead. I call and email without response. Called again to discuss and office assistant is unsympathetic. Doctor is not open to seeing our daughter.
