Guess we fell through the cracks at Suits Unlimited. Their consistent with telling me one thing and I get the other. First, we confirmed 3 times what we wanted in suits prior to the order being sent out. Second, communication doesn't seem to work between its fragmented departments. Third, follow up is weak at best. The morning of our daughter's wedding, our truck was vandalized at the hotel and 2 suits were stolen. Store came up with fairly acceptable replacements. The next day we went in to return everything and pay for the missing suits. 30 minutes later, the store called and needed additional money because they forgot to include the tax. I was floored! I understand it's a business but geez!!!! It simply added insult to injury.
The team at Suits Unlimited truly provide 5 Star Customer Service by listening to what is most important from their customers! They always provide great tips and suggestions to make your event special!

These guys are great! I came into the store 30 minutes before closing without any idea of what I really wanted and needed a suit for a business presentation the next day (...yes, I was procrastinating). They got me all set up, hemmed the pants in a jiff, and I was on my way. I'll definitely go back when I need another suit.
