I went in and the service was great! Very attentive and professional. Once we left the store with everything set up for our groomsmen it became extremely unorganized to work with them. I had to call multiple times for “missing measurements” which they had lost and told me people had never gone to get. They didn’t explain any payments to anyone after taking measurements, and honestly, it just became one more thing for me to have to worry about instead of making things easier.
