Everyone was so kind, helpful & knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Reasonable pricing with no hidden fees. Floorplan modifications & personal subcontracting allowed. Buyer is included in every step of the process. Very professional company but also extremely relational & made you feel like family. Your satisfaction is truly their #1 priority!!!
Purchasing my home from Suits Homes was a wonderful experience. From Terry helping us to create the perfect layout and design to Ray making it all come together into what is now our beautiful home. It’s over two years later since we moved in and we absolutely love our home. I cannot recommend Suits Homes enough. We decided to buy a Modular from Suits in 2024 and had the best experience with the whole process. The business is family owned and very professional. John is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. Thank you Suits family and all who were involved in our new home!

The quality of our new home from Suits far exceeds anything we saw in the display models toured when shopping at other dealers. In addition... read more
