Extremely unprofessional! I've tried contacting the property multiple times with no response. I had to come in person to talk about renting. The property manager said she will contact me on numerous occasions, but she never did. She is very unprofessional and needs to be replaced.

Would not live here again. Utility bills are insanely high as they leak air like an open window. Forget about getting packages if you work regular hours because you can only pick them up on during business hours on the days that they decide to be in the building which change randomly without notice.

I sent a package to a tenant there 2 weeks ago and have verification - yes, verification - of delivery by USPS. They seem to have lost it which is tampering with the US mail which I believe is a felony. Highly recommend avoiding this place with such totally irresponsible and unorganized office staff!!

I've been living here for almost 3 years. The staff have always been wonderful and receptive towards any problems or needs I have had 5/5 regarding that. The only major con is the utility cost, which for heating runs about $180-$200 a month during the harsh cold. During the summer with my A/C constantly running, the bill is only about $40-$60.
