I have been a client of Penelope’s for nearly 15 years. I have followed her to many different salons during that time and now love visiting her at her own little studio in Mount Eliza. I cannot recommend Penelope enough to everyone for Brows, Lashes, Tans, Waxing and Fineline Tattoos 🩷
