My review for some reason gets deleted so I have to post again. Suite One got a air and cooling company to remodel our bathroom. Estimate was for $3,600 without material. They did a bad job of ceiling, tile flooring, thicker padding under the carpet making the bathroom door ferociously rubbed against the floor and ruining the carpet. I asked for them to come back. The company refused and the Property Managers lied and gaslighted that that work was not done by their hires. Brian is rude, has no customer service skills. I will... read more

Worked with Paul on getting my first rental. Awesome experience. Solid contact and very responsive / friendly. He and Suite One have been very helpful and flexible on timeframes and finalizing the lease agreement. Would recommend going through them for your next apartment or townhouse.
