This management company took over the management of the apartment complex I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. Never in the 10 years living there have we had so much neglect to one’s living quarters. This company just refuses to make any kind of repairs on everything and anything. They are an awesome place I would most definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place to call home to reach out. To this company because I can say I went through a lot trying to find a place for myself and my dog. I got turned down by three places. But when I was going to give up hope I found them online and called them. Filled out the application and paid the fee. Then the next day boom I have been blessed and fortunate to have a place to call my own.
Suite One placed a tenant for us and when they got fired they refused to return the tenant file. We had no info on the tenant and the tenant stopped paying rent. We could not report her non payment or take any adverse action. Lost money and valuable time pursuing possession. If you want to hire someone irresponsible, hire this company.
