I have been renting from this company since 2017, my credit was crap, had just gone through some personal things, basically on the verge of being homeless, was starting new beginnings and new job in Fresno and Brian gave me a chance, I took what he had for my price range, it was a new owner he was working with and he was horrible, Brian and Crystal did all they could to assist with, repair and pest issues, but they can only do what is authorized and paid for by the owner. These people do not take care of their property. And the managers harass their tenants. There are cockroaches and mice! They will not fix air conditioning. It's so sad. They can be so mean too. Can't even talk to you like you are human and are trying to live.
The team at Suite One has been very efficient and kind! Yessenia has been great at processing our application for a rental in a timely fashion. My family and I are very grateful for her guidance through this process & we look forward to recommending her to our friends and family
My review for some reason gets deleted so I have to post again. Suite One got a air and cooling company to remodel our bathroom. Estimate was for $3,600 without material. They did a bad job of ceiling, tile flooring, thicker padding under the carpet making the bathroom door ferociously rubbed against the floor and ruining the carpet. I asked for them to come back.
