Suite One placed a tenant for us and when they got fired they refused to return the tenant file. We had no info on the tenant and the tenant stopped paying rent. We could not report her non payment or take any adverse action. Lost money and valuable time pursuing possession. If you want to hire someone irresponsible, hire this company.
They did not answer my calls for maintenance.
Working with Suite One Property Management as their preferred HVAC vendor has been excellent. Their team is organized, responsive, and great to collaborate with. Crystal, the maintenance coordinator, is especially fantastic—she communicates clearly, provides accurate details, and keeps everything running smoothly. We truly value our partnership with Suite One and highly recommend their team.
Horrible management, literally cant get one simple thing done for the tenants have to be calling and calling and still nothing gets done!
Never answer the phone ! Horrible service!
