Was recommended this place by a friend for a haircut and decided to check it out. The online booking was easy to follow! I showed up early to my appointment and was greeted with smiles and positive energy all around. Will definitely be going back and recommending to others!
This company has a really hard website to function, they apparently have a policy of 48 hour notice for cancellation. But yet no way of actually responding to their text messages unless you call them. And then they don’t respond to your call in proper notice to let you know things. Then they charge you 50% if you don’t show up. On top of you also have to pay $10 deposit just to book online. Some other people might be great because I love the stylist that I’ve met there. I recieved a spray tan last week & not only does it still look great but the service from the staff was exceptional! Everyone is so friendly & fun and the salons vibe is beautiful and inviting. MacKenna was fabulous at educating me on the process, making me comfortable & went above and beyond to make the whole experience like a luxury resort! I will be using her again and checking out all the other services they have to offer.
I visited Bliss Salon for the first time in their new location and received a warm welcoming from one of the staff and was asked how I could be helped , I told her I was there to see Theresa for a facial. Theresa came up and walked be back to her room and explained everything that she was going to do, I've never had one done so wasn't sure what to expect.
