She spent only 1 hr and 6-8 minutes with me and falsified the medical record to say she spent over 2 hours with me. She falsified the medical record to lave out my report of allodynia and falsified the medical record to say that all my "neuro exams were except" I fell to the right. She left out "normal" or "abnormal" in that statement, and that allowed subsequent physicians to claim that I had no neurological deficits.
