Very poor communication from the scheduling office. I was told I would receive a voicemail and a text follow-up, but neither was sent. The address listed on Google is also incorrect, which caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. When I arrived at the office, I was informed that my scheduled appointment had been removed and that I would need to reschedule for another day.
