They will convince you to start their membership but then charge you twice in one month. Instead of fixing the matter they will just tell you your file was suspended and that’s why there was a double charge. My account was never suspended. I asked to speak to the manager twice and the manager doesn’t want to get on the phone and call to rectify the matter.
