I live walking distance to this shop. Made appointments on two separate occasions and treated horribly. The first time I was told I couldn’t be serviced because the nail tech took a walk in appointment and no calls were made to me to see if there was any flexibility. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before I was serviced. Second time called the day before as well for an acrylic nail repair and was asked if I wanted to add a pedicure. I came to get a gel manicure for Mother’s Day & it was completely rushed & I left with cuticles galore after I decided not to do gel x extensions. Went home and cut them myself and now my nails look like they have 2weeks of growth. The polish wasnt even coated to the edge of my nail on many. Here’s what they look like after I cleaned them up! They shouldn’t look this grown out after a couple days. Kept getting comments of “get this for $5 more” “get that for $ more” during the service.. very frustrating. This is not $60 work... read more

I paid $75 for a 20 minute pedicure with gellac. The girl who was doing my pedicure didn’t even soak my feet in water, she directly started scraping the dead skin and barely removing anything. She was totally not interested in even making small talk. Afterwards when I paid, she rudely asked me for a tip. Pain & Infection!!!!!! Don’t Do Business Here. They either cut too deep or the tools she used were dirty. The deep cuts of my cuticles by this slaughterhouse nail technician led to an infection. I get it, accidents happen. But I paid them $50 with a $10 tip…$60 total. The results looked good, so I was very happy. Pictured: the last bit of the infection going away. Still painful and a little swollen. Requested: Gel Manicure with Matte Black polish
