Excellent location and lovely building1 I have lived her for a year and I LOVE IT! The staff are incredibly responsive and kind. They add to the many pluses about this building. The building is great. The cleaning staff do an excellent job keeping the property clean. The maintenance staff help quickly and do an efficient job. The amenities are such a plus. Great management When you select an apartment, it’s important to know what it’s like to deal with the management company. The management team at Sugarmont is incredibly pleasant, super efficient, and they get stuff done. In particular, Jess is always such a delight to interact with. I give the management team 5+ stars all day long.

Do Not Move Here I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. There are no amenities, and no timeline on which they might eventually be done, yet we pay full rent and the management shrugs it all off. Construction noise is torture, lights turn on and off in the middle of the night due to cheap electrical work, and worst of all are the security concerns. Save yourself the frustration and pick another place. They rushed to build the rooms to charge full rent and then failed to deliver the amenities that justified the price. If you enjoy peace and quiet or work from home, this is not the place for you. Construction starts early and goes all day. The hallway noise is very loud. I moved here for a better work-from-home environment, and it’s worse. Overhead lights turn on randomly throughout the night.
