Sharon is very unprofessional and she is nosy. She goes around asking other tenants your business instead of asking you. If you are gonna kick someone out of there home over something a tenant told you, that is not even true at least do some type of investigating before you throw people out, The apartments are nice but way over priced and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing !!!!!! Although Sharon is a decent manager she has no maintenance worth a flip. I've been without heat or a/c for three months. Things don't get repaired or fixed in a timely manor. I won't renew and look to break my lease. Stay away.

This is the best apartment complex in lake city, Fl. Spacious and clean. Convenient area (not down a one way street, etc). I was told to go to 2 different apartments that did not have a salary limit and I ran into Sugarmill Apt first by accident. Sharon, the manager, was nice and friendly (as I was new in Florida and moving from Ms). After also looking at the other apt, which I had to stop and get additional directions to, it was nothing compared to how nice Sugarmill was. It's in a nice area (near subdivisions). We have lived at Sugarmill apartments for approximately 4 years. We have found the apartments to be fine. The property manager Sharon Selder is an absolute gem. She is always willing to help and she responds to concerns as quickly as possible. I have and will recommend Sugarmill apartments to everyone. If you need a place to stay then Sugarmill apartments is the place. If you want to deal with a property Manager with a great personality and is extremely helpful then Sugarmill is the place.

I lived at Sugarmill Apartments for three years. The apartments are very spacious and clean. There is a nice play area for small children on site. The area is well maintained and any maintenance issues that arose were addressed promptly. The property manager, Sharon, is very knowledgeable and professional. She always maintained a warm and friendly outlook to all the residents. This is definitely the nicest apartment community in Lake City. A must see!!
