Devin Fixed the disposal and ice maker fast AH Effective and efficient! Office staff really takes good care of the residents Ron fixed a couple more items in the home ! The team is spectacular!
I would not recommend Sugarloaf Walk to anyone. I have lived in several apartments over the years for undergrad and graduate school and have never run into as many problems as I have here. Don’t let them tell you you’re going to get a special for moving in! Now that we been in here a little over a month, they’re telling us that our apt isn’t part of the special, that it’s not in our lease! And just lied saying they never told us anything like that!
I had high hopes for this apartment but it failed my expectations. Initially the nice aesthetics and modernity of the apartments drew me in but that does not matter when you have missing packages, no a/c and constant struggle to find parking. I’ve talked to the management in person, called, left multiple work orders and have constantly explained how every time someone came to fix, the air conditioner would go right back to not working.
