Good place to live with decent amenities, but can someone do something about the parking? Coming home past 10PM I pretty much never end up being able to park in the apartment lot, how are there never any spaces left?
Broke my lease early due to the tenant upstairs. These apartments are not sound proof so if you’re looking to move in 2004 Brace yourself. It’s been torment for 4 months, stomping. Banging. A kid running around all day and all night. I called the rent office like 10 times the cops 12 times and nothing has been done. If you want peace and quiet. Please don’t move here, I’m telling you. This has been a horrible experience for me, I have to sit in my car in the y parking lot to get some Peace. This has been a nightmare for me.
Nice staff but units are dark, dog poop is seen outside, some units have no elevators and the ones that do anyone can still access due to the stairs. Not to mention the floorplans are trash.. the 1B/1B for $1400-1500 doesn't even include a dining area to utilize, for that price it should have had one built in.

The outside spaces are maintained very well, the maintenance team does a good job. The leasing staff were also stars in making sure I had a smooth experience coming to view. The apartments themselves from what I could tell are very well maintained as well as cleanly.
