Nice staff but units are dark, dog poop is seen outside, some units have no elevators and the ones that do anyone can still access due to the stairs.
The outside spaces are maintained very well, the maintenance team does a good job. The leasing staff were also stars in making sure I had a smooth experience coming to view. The apartments themselves from what I could tell are very well maintained as well as cleanly.
Proceed with caution If you are looking for a home where parking is limited, people park on the curb and block you in, and has no assigned spots for people who actually pay to live here, this is for you. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana every time you walk down the hallway, this is for you. If you are looking for a secure, gated community with non operable or broken security gates most of the time, this is for you.
