Just find some better place: Why you should stay away from this place: Management is useless – The office people don’t care. You can show them pictures, videos, whatever… they’ll still say “nothing we can do.” They just want to keep your money and will look for excuses to not return your deposit. Amenities are a joke – Pool opened super late and even then, no chairs, no tables, no umbrellas. IF YOU CAN AVOID MOVING HERE, DO IT. THE WORST ADMINISTRATION. FROM PESTS TO PACKAGE THEFT AND LACK OF MAINTENANCE. THE AMENITIES ARE IN POOR CONDITION AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF WANTING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. IF I COULD GIVE IT -5 STARS I WOULD.
I am very pleased with home at Signature. The office staff is professional and friendly, and Jaia goes above and beyond with every request I make. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for an apartment in the area.
