The building management is complete garbage. Every time I go to the leasing, the person in charge I guess is Eduard Princess, has treated me and responded in a bad way that if they solved my problems in the same way they charge me rent I wouldn't have to go to the office so often. I have had several inconveniences and they have not solved any of them, for example, repaint the bathtubs because they peeled after a few days and they never did it, they make you put a request on their website and they cancel it, and never give yo... read more
El peor lugar para vivir. La comunicación con la gerente Eduard Princess es nula. Los espacios no son útiles. La piscina no tiene sillas. El portón no funciona y cualquier persona entra en este lugar. Tuve q poner cámara en la puerta porq me roban los paquetes de Amazon. Vi como al hijo de un vecino casi se rompe la pierna porq el playground está deteriorado. La gente de mantenimiento es muy eficiente pero la gerencia no es nada profesional. Muy decepcionada
Este es el peor lugar para vivir. La atención es pésima. La gerente nunca está ahí para atender tus problemas. Los apartamentos están TODOS llenos de cucarachas. El portón no funciona y entra cualquier tipo de personas. Tuve q poner cámara en la puerta porq los paquetes de Amazon se loa roban. La piscina ni sillas tiene para estar ahí. Me cargaron 400$ por dejar la basura fuera del contenedor cuando siempre ese basurero ha sido un desastre.
Since it is absolutely impossible to reach any one in office or get anyone in office to respond to a voicemail or email... my fiance lived here until Feb of 2024 and we have been charged for over a year for rent and have not lived there. Maybe this post will get noticed and I can get an actual contact number for management in office.
