This property has consistently gotten worse over my 2 years living here. The trash compactor is constantly broken (at least once a month), leading to trash piling up along the sidewalk. My AC went out on a Friday, so I called on that day and Saturday (they said they would escalate it to emergency) hoping they would expedite my maintenance request from the app. No one ever showed up so I ended up cooking in a 95F apartment for the entire weekend. We have been here a week now and so far so good! Jana Lilly has been extremely helpful and punctual throughout our entire process - from our initial application and tour all the way to our move-in and current questions. As a couple moving out for the first time, we greatly appreciated that. The 1 bed 1 bath apartment here has a great layout and is very spacious for what it is.
