This place is amazing!! Rick was so friendly and helpful!! He let us sample anything we wanted as well!! Super impressed with the homemade Keto cheesecakes and the WIO dinner rolls! Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and full of knowledge to share while sampling is encouraged! My favorite are the bagel bites! Yum!

Husband and I are on the Keto lifestyle and we visited this store for the first time today. I was in heaven...we loved it! We bought pancake mix, best brownies ever, tortillas and chocolate candies. All sugar free! Rick and his staff are amazing and super courteous and informative. We sampled so many goodies and they were all so delicious. We will definitely be back..SOON!
