Doctor is okay. Staff is rude and inefficient. Took over a month to get a referral because they were "backed up". In finally getting one, sending it to the specialist was a hassle and in trying to get them the correct fax number I was given an attitude. I may have to change my PCP due to this unprofessional experience.

The place needs improvement on training their employees. I called to set an appointment for something telling me that they could help me in the place. When i get to the place, the front seat Silvia took my information, insurance and identification without asking me why i am there. After 40MINUTES of waiting she called me and asked what i am there for so i told her, then she said they can’t help me there at all even though when i called about what i needed(i was very specific with it) they set appointment to help me. Dr. Okafor is kind, respectful and she knows what she’s doing! Always get great medical care from her. Hardly any wait time.
Dr. Okafor & her staff are such sweet people! They are always so helpful and handle all of my concerns in a timely matter! I have found my new permanent doctor!! I want to especially thank Ms. Lori or Lauri (i’m not sure exact spelling)! She is so kind and always helps me when i call! Go check them out!!
