Sugarland never disappoints me in the texture of the buttercream, the great balance in flavours. It is also never too sweet! They have very creative choices, and they never use buttercream as their cream filling. Some bakeries are lazy enough to do that - yes, I know it's gross. I ordered a caramel iced cake for a dear friend and she told me it was just like she remembered from her childhood (She's 93 years old). The flowers were exquisite. The whole thing was beautiful. I will come again.
