A hidden gem was discovered on yesterday. Chef Dana and her husband Brian own Sugar Jam Bake Shop & Bristro in North Scottsdale. I had the honor to learn about their story and taste the food. LAWD!!!!! I tell you the food was seasoned perfectly. The consistency of the grits with that Creole flavor. The portions were more than enough. Great food that will have you leaving happy and satisfied and fantastic owners! Dana and Bryan are some of the kindest people and they run a fantastic eating establishment! One of our favorite local places and the baked goods are to die for!

I visited this place on Fourth of July to celebrate. Almost got there too late, only 2 apple tarts and some shortbread left. I bought them and they were absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back and pre ordering a pie.
