I asked to use the restroom before and was told to make it quick because she had other clients. This was my first time trying any hair removal aside from shaving so I didn’t know what to expect. I left with my legs still feeling like sandpaper and was told maybe I came in too soon. The next day a friend had me try European Wax Center in Oviedo and that was a phenomenal experience. They got lots of hair out that were missed during sugaring, and it was less painful. I will not be back.

Came here for my first experience with any kind of waxing, Aleysha was wonderful with explaining it to me and making sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I highly recommend seeing her if you are nervous about doing this kind of thing

I originally thought my appointment was at 11:45 due to a text that they sent but it somehow was miscommunicated that it was actually at 11:30. The appointment was for a brazilian + underarms. When they called me they said that they couldn’t do an underarm wax today, I understood and said it was okay. I get there right before 11:45 and then they tell me they could only do my underarms… which I drove 40 minutes out of my way to get my brazilian done.
