The place looks nice, is clean and has a nice vibe. However, I do not recommend sugar waxing or this location. Compared to regular waxing, it was so much more painful. It was painful going on and coming off. In addition, it's not as efficient. I left with patches of hair that I had to fix. A far as this particular location my experience was not ideal. i’ve been going here for about the last year or so and changed wax specialists to Clementina the last time I was here, and she is AMAZING!!! not only does she do a great job by being thorough but also very fast, but she’s very personable and such a joy to be around :) 10/10 recommend her and sugaring nyc!!

My first time having sugaring done yesterday. 10/10 compared to regular waxing it was way less painful. My sugarist Clementina was great, very nice and professional, kept checking in to make sure I was ok. Will definitely book again. Also a beautiful and clean atmosphere. A++
