I’ve had multiple services done with Kayla and she’s been an absolute pleasure. The services were great and she also educated me on skincare etc. during my visit. The space is clean and everyone is very courteous. Cinthia is also amazing! Positive experience from start to finish!
My partner and I recently moved to Illinois and were looking for a new sugar waxing place. The first time my partner went, she actually had a good experience, but unfortunately the person she saw no longer works there. After that, everything went downhill. I rarely leave bad reviews but today’s customer service was just so awful. I walked in and the receptionist told me my appt. wasn’t “complete” (unsure of what that meant) but it was shown as booked on my end. 7 mins after my appt. start time the sugarista comes out saying she didn’t know I had booked last minute (it was 20 mins before my appt start time that I booked) and told me she would need at least 10 more minutes to finish up and that I could “wait if I want.” This would have been 17 minutes after my appt. start time. ... read more
