This was my first time visiting the company this location and unfortunately it was one of the worst waxing experiences I’ve had. The appointment took much longer than expected and overall the service felt very unprofessional. I want to say the young lady was very kind, so this is not personal toward her, but I requested to leave a strip and she removed everything instead. Got my first sugaring Brazilian today and it was much less painful than waxing. It was also quick and easy and so far happy with the results. The tech was also super nice, informative, and accommodated me with moving my appointment when I was running late so I really appreciate that. Would definitely recommend!
