Isa did a good job! I went in with a friend for my first time and she did a very good job of being accommodating and explaining the process. I would go back again!

This was my first time visiting the company this location and unfortunately it was one of the worst waxing experiences I’ve had. The appointment took much longer than expected and overall the service felt very unprofessional. I want to say the young lady was very kind, so this is not personal toward her, but I requested to leave a strip and she removed everything instead.
