Been going to this location since opening never had any issues until yesterday. Scheduled appointment, arrived early as usual and no one was there so waited and called and no answer. Here it is the next day and no explanation or return call. Two stars is grace for past service. Guess I’ll have to find new professional.
Randi was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, welcoming, and well detailed. Definitely looking forward to coming back
I don’t want to be here, but figured it was worth sharing that I got my upper lip burned here right before Valentine’s day. I discovered afterward that I also left with paste on my shirt, neck and hair. I returned in person the next day to get what I assumed would be an obvious refund considering my face. Instead, I was told the manager would reach out (she didn’t). I still planned to go back since my usual person is wonderful, but if they can’t handle basic customer service, it’s not worth giving them business.
Randi did an amazing job cleaning up my eyebrows and applying a tent. Highly recommend her services.
