Sugarfire Smoke House is not your typical American BBQ joint. Located in Olivette, this restaurant advocates an unconventional approach in their cooking. On the award-winning menu are arguably the best smoked meats in town prepared by their skilled pit masters and paired with signature sauces like Coffee, Sweet BBQ and Carolina Mustard. Tuck into decadent Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Big Muddy and House Recipe Sausage Link with shakes, floats or beer.

Fried artichokes and a philly cheese steak! Awesome! !
Had the pulled pork and beef brisket today. Juicy, flavorful, and not too much fat. Sugarfire Smoke House has definitely got the meats!
I wasn't impressed...the sides were terrible, (Asian slaw!!?? No corn or potatoes!?? Lol ) the corn bread was hard and the actual barbecue was mediocre....I would choose Pappy's, Bogarts or even Bandanas over this!! Of course this is my opinion but that's how my wife and some friends feel.. Try Pappy's and let me know what you think of the experience
Tried it out for the first time ever last week for a birthday, and it was seriously amazing!!!
The Big Muddy is my favorite. Looking forward to the next visit so I can try something else. Maybe
What's not to like, best steaks ,good service, good prices.
Best food and service by any BBQ place in the area! Plus it is locally owned by a man who cares about the community. Can't get any better!
Some of the best BBQ I've ever laid a lip on. The ribs were perfectly done with a great smoked flavor and so extremely tender. I tried the PBLT sandwich and the bacon was top notch and not over cooked. Plus, the variety of sauces and the tastes were right on. I don't know whether I liked the coffee bbq sauce or the honey badger the best. But they were all great. Thanks to Casey for the conversation and hospitality.
Tonight was my first time in, and OMG was it ever as good as advertised. I had the Brisket sandwich with slaw, fried zucchini, cornbread, and sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet tea. Simply put, it was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back and try the ribs ... they looked sooooooo good.
