All I can say is wow. The burnt ends were unbelievable.
Long time customer. Very disappointed. Tried to place a to go order via phone. Placed on hold 6 minutes and then got hung up on. This is the second time since the first i have tried unsuccessfully to place a carry out order. I hate to say that i think your growth is hurting the quality of your existing restaurants.

Our 2nd time going, bland(beans) and cold hot sides, pulled pork was cold greasy and full of fat. Took so long from getting meat to sides to paying that meat and sides cold we also ordered pies apple pie was old tasting and mushy wife’s pecan pie was dry and taste lest. People were great food was not. very expensive for what we got. Very disappointed we drove in from belleville.
