Dr Foster does have a nice, openly warm personality, but as a doctor he is very careless. He failed to notice a 97% cardio blockage, dismissed an EKG with "These tests are never accurate", later lied saying he made a referral to a cardiologist that day when none was made, and carelessly doubled a prescription that should never have been increased. He lists Xrays as "completed" that were never even done. I'd rather have a competent doctor than a charming one.
