I’ve been coming to sugarcoat for about a year now and always loved the service I receive! Ana normally does my gel-x, but today Quay did my nails and she went above and beyond. She’s meticulous and made sure I was super comfy. She is 10/10 and my nails look GORG.
The quality of service at this Sugarcoat has declined greatly over the last year. They no longer align with luxury. The service providers spend lots of time gossiping and chatting to one another rather than focusing on the service/clients and the friendly/welcoming vibe that used to exists does not anymore. As they have hired new service providers, you can tell that they are inexperienced and the quality of work is low. If I could rate one employee at 5 stars, it would be Ana.
