I live in Miami, stumbled upon this place because I needed a manicure the day before my birthday and my original nail tech was unavailable and it was the best find. The nails and designs are flawless and i will continue to make the drive up from Miami because of the quality, detail and cleanliness of the salon. I’ve gone twice so far and have decided this is my new salon! Ryan was amazing and slayed my pedicure
I’ve been going here for a few months now and Jade has been phenomenal. Went to someone else and had a less than stellar experience and I am so thankful for the team to fix my nails, stay late to fix and ensure I left happy. Lina, Amanda and Liz were so amazing!! Looking forward to my next appointment.
Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. I had a 12 PM appointment, but when I arrived, the technician was not in the store and was running late. The front desk person was trying to reach the technician by phone but had no real solution for who could do my service instead. I was left waiting with no clear answers, and continuing to wait would have made me late for my next appointment. It felt very disorganized and chaotic, with no backup plan in place.
