Excellent for ANY types and kinds of meat. ( Smoked,fresh,peppered,different sausage of all kinds) We came to SVM from Clinton PA just to buy their meats again.Our 3rd trip. !!
We stop here anytime we are in town to get Canadian bacon and beef. I order our 1/4 beef from them and it’s always done perfectly.
