This place is a joke.. The Landlord Does NOT like when tenants have Family/friends/boyfriends/girlfriends visiting etc. She has her mom/family/step family whoever secretly watching/video/pictures of others through their window surveillance/reporting to the Landlord which is uncalled for and Illegal...which i belive... is Illegal surveillanceing/ invasionof privacy! So first off, there is no swimming pool. 2nd there are too many roaches living in the units. They came in to spay the first stone and setup traps but even then that wasn’t enough so we had to take everything out of our kitchen cabinets and move everything away from the walls and we had to vacate for 4 hrs max which I believe we should have been put up on a motel. Sugartree Apartments is an amazing apartment complex. Such a steal in todays economy and even tho its a studio you do have a nice wall that separates the living room and bedroom, so it feels like a 1 bedroom. Nice size kitchen and enough room for a small family! Pet friendly and on the quiet side of the neighborhood which is a plus around here! The price is good & management is kind but I wasn’t told this place came with roaches!
These apartments were nice but the downfall of that place is it has Cockroaches in the apartments as well as outside. The Landlord will not inform you till after you have the keys and have moved in, which is unfair! The TV/internet service is only available through COX just cause they have a contract with them which is not right to any occupants on property! Hotel TV here we come....
