Lived here for 3 years and Sandra is the best. She worked with me until i got the money for my deposit, she took care of thing accordingly and all in all she made the complex feel safe & clean! Definitely would recommend living here. Rent is also not bad utilities were decent! And she is very LGBT friendly!
Recommend 100%. I have lived there almost five years. It is one of the most quite, safe, cheap, friendly and diverse places in Fayetteville, AR. Manager, Sandra Ross, is very nice and friendly. She listens, cares and responds and resolves any issues in a timely manner. The maintenance man, Mr. Rick, is super helpful too. He is quick and responsive. They always make sure that you are happy about your renting apartment.
I had a very good experience with Sugartree apartment for about 4 years. The apartment is affordable and cheaper than surrounding areas. In addition, the management people especially Sandra and Rick are very prompt in handling any issues occurred in the apartment even during weekend. I highly recommend this place.
I have lived in this complex for years and I liked it a lot. Good management and maintenance. It is clean and help is available any time of the day even after hours. The price is very affordable and the service is great. Close to University of Arkansas Campus bus route (Blue and Red) and only 10-20 minutes away on foot.
Ive lived in this apartment complex for over a year this is my experience. The landlord doesn't enforce the rules. In my contract I can only have one car but many people have more than one car at a time why is this the landlord said she cant do anything about it. If you want to rent a one bedroom and invite friends to live with you the landlord is fine with this going on at the apartment complex and if you have a disability and need a parking place infont of your apartment expect to a have fight on your hands she will not ... read more
