We purchased annual passes this year hoping to enjoy a lot of great ski days. In fact, the weather cooperated beautifully with a bunch of snow days and plenty of cold nights and days. Unfortunately, the management of the mountain don't give a sh-t about whether or not you enjoy the mountain. Instead, they ruined every great ski day by blowing water at their patrons nonstop. Never have i been harassed to the level of what i have been today by a food court manager because I had my laptop out answering some work emails while drinking a beer in the ski lodge. They claim they have policies that state you can't have a business laptop in use. They have sent 4 people to my table to try to force me to move, as a paying customer I've refused as it really feels I'm being targeted. Having put away my laptop I still am being harassed by this food court manager with poor customer facing and listening skills.... read more

We stayed here through VRBO.. plus that's it right on Oma's Meadow. This is the second time we've stayed at Sugar Ski & Country Club. Definitely a lot better than staying at Sugar Top because the country club is right on slopes. Ski in and ski out. Only reason for a 4 star rating is that the building kind of stink and could use a good pressure washing on the outside.
