My nails turned out good, but two individuals I talked to were very smart with me. The past two times I’ve come there, they’ve done a gel top coat on my dip nails. However, today, I asked for it and a lady came over and was very rude about it. She told me “I have to ask in advance to get the gel top coat” even after I told her I had gotten it the two times I’d been there before. I had a 10 AM appointment with Tweety and was really excited since I hadn’t had my nails done in months. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I felt like an inconvenience when I walked in, and after I said I preferred SNS instead of Gel X, the service felt rushed. I’m really unhappy with how my nails turned out. I reached out afterward through someone at the front desk to ask if anything could be done, but I was told I would have to pay for a soak off and a completely new set.
