I came in on Monday to get my nails done, originally wanting a full acrylic set. The gentleman doing my nails recommended I get gel-x because it would be better for my nails and last longer so I agreed. Later that night, one of my nails popped off. I went back into the shop the following day and got my nails that popped replaced and the woman fixing it noticed my pinky finger was lifting and fixed that. The place is pretty but that’s it. The technician forgot to buff my nails so when she started polishing it was bumpy. I told her she didn’t buff them then when she went to buff after I told her she didn’t, she used an old, crusty used buffer on me. & tried to use an old file on me. Then didn’t massage me or at least slap a little lotion on my feet how am I leaving my pedicure dryer than when I came? My nails started to crack after 2 days. I went to get them (3) fixed, and the next day, the repaired nail cracked along with new ones.

My nail technician K is incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. She takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect every time and gives great recommendations for color, designs and I can really tell the difference in how long my manicure lasts.
