You cannot change or add to the order unless you make an appointment. Don't listen to the store employees. They do not know what is going on. You have to call in the morning also. Be prepared to pay over the phone as well. If that does not work, request a manager and then you will get assistance. Sorry, but this is the only way you can do it. Very difficult.
